One of several small guesthouses that occupy the newish concrete townhouses along the main road, Dreamy Casa is a fine choice for those who care more about a quiet and comfortable night's sleep than being steps from the beach.
Rooms are plainly decorated but clean and very comfy, with soft beds, air-con fridges, TVs, desks, safes, free WiFi and modern hot-water bathrooms and balconies. The the superiors bag you extra space and sea views from the upper floors for no extra charge. Staff speak good English and seemed helpful enough, and rates are negotiable for long stays. Though Dreamy Casa is the most professionally done guesthouse found in this area, practically every business seems to advertise a room or two for rent. You might also check out Mr Key Guesthouse for cheaper and more basic roadside accommodation, Cozy Guesthouse with its higher rates to match a more stylish design, Alif Apartment for slightly cheaper rooms in a more remote inland location, or Peaceful House for its fully equipped concrete bungalows that are closer to the beach but have no on-site staff.
