Lanta Bee Garden is a small family-run resort with comfortable clean rooms on central Khlong Dao. The entrance isn’t the best kept and most inviting as it is directly on the main road, but walk into the resort and the atmosphere is relaxed and the resort is quite well maintained. There is access to the beach through the resort. The staff are friendly, they offer a choice of rooms from basic fan through to standard beachfront air-con rooms. Basic fan rooms do not have private balconies though the slightly more expensive concrete bungalows closer to the beach do. A restaurant is on site and rooms come with breakfast included. This is one of the smaller resorts on Khlong Dao and is definitely a friendly spot. Worth seeking out if you are after a quiet, cheap and relaxing time. Some of the luxuries of other resorts are not present, but chilling and relaxing don’t need shower caps, do they?

Good stay - 31st October, 2009
Stayed here for 9 days during the low season. Our fan room double-bed was 350 baht/night. This small resort is run by a family, who really focus on service. Anything you ask or need they can provide at a competitive price or for no money at all (mask, snorkle, boogie board, cups, plates, silverware). There is a restaurant also run by the family on site that has competitive prices, but the quality is not as good as some surrounding restaurants. The air con rooms are newer and nicer, but the fan rooms are still nice. Your room will be cleaned every other day. Good option.

Nice place - 24th February, 2009
Originally booked Lanta Bee for 3nights and extended to 5nights as it was excately what we wanted. Had a double fan room, which was sometimes hotter than outside, but it was clean and the tv was a bonus! Spent lots of time under the big tree on their beachfront, perfect for those wanting to escape the sun! and the 7/11 across the street was cheap and good. Run by nice people who gave us a discount for staying longer, and the restaurant is kinda cheap too! A great spot to chill out and watch the world go by :)

Great spot! - 16th February, 2007
We stayed here for five nights in total. Our bungalow was basic, but very clean with cable TV. The family that run the resort were lovely people and really made us feel relaxed and at home. The restaurant served tasty, reasonably priced food. There's a 7-eleven just across the road for cheap beers! Recommended.
