Lanta River Sand Resort has unique old wooden bungalows with open wooden panels letting the sea breeze pass right through the rooms. This is the kind of place that guests tell the owners to never change a thing and to keep it just the way it is...and that is exactly what they have done. The site is beautiful, with a stream running to the sea on one side, a rocky point in the next to the restaurant and reception and a grassed area running up to the beach on the other side.
