What we say:

These old-school bamboo and thatch huts with hammocks out front and a sunken cold water bathrooms at rear are, for the standard and location, great backpacker value. They're actually in a kind of dead-end culdesac, so despite feeling like you should just be able to meander your way through to the beach, as the staff made clear in no uncertain terms this is a dead end! Cantankerous staff aside, these are cheap thatch beds a short walk from the beach. The only downside is these huts cop a lot of noise from the beach bars, so pack earplugs.
