What we say:

This place is typical of the new brand of budget-orientated rooms on Ko Phi Phi. There's not really a guesthouse portion to it, just a bunch of fan-cooled and air-con rooms on the upper floor, with a variety of non-affiliated stores downstairs. There's a few places like this scattered through Ton Sai village and the rooms are largely interchangeable between them — they tend to be fine for a night or two but are not remarkable in any way. Rooms are affordable, clean and reasonably well maintained. As far as the village goes, this area is pretty quiet. It's right beside Little Britain which is handy for breakfasts with real bacon.
