Bai Fern Mansion has colourful, clean, well-furnished rooms, but the quality is very variable. Some are quite airy with small verandas while others are cave-like with near-pretend windows. The place really has no character at all, though they do a steady trade mainly courtesy of their aggressive promotions at the ferry pier.
