The Krabi City Seaview Hotel is the oldest of the riverfront places in Krabi and represents reasonable value, though the river view rooms are certainly overpriced when compared to other hotels and guesthouses nearby. The rooms are priced according to what floor they're on and whether they have a view -- there's six floors in all, but no lift. Ground floor rooms are particularly dreary. All rooms have air-con and private bath.

I booked deluxe room for 5 nights, but stayed only 1 night.When I saw deluxe room I was shocked. There were all old in the room- old furniture, old bed-clothers. There was not hot water at all in the shower. Not friendly staff.

This is a reasonable mid-range option among the bars and restaurants clustered on a stretch of Chao Fa Rd, but the place itself doesn't have much atmosphere.
