What we say:

This place was still renovating when we visited and won't open officially until October 2006. We got a peek at the rooms, though -- the fan doubles have mattresses on the floors, and most of them seem to have windows -- they put a good bit of effort into decorating them, to pleasant effect. There's a huge four-person room at the front that's a particularly good deal.
