The Lipstic used to have a karaoke place on the ground floor, but now they are planning to convert it into a lobby/restaurant, which could make it a much more appealing spot to hang out for budget travellers. For now the reception desk is a tiny travel agency in the alley. The rooms upstairs represent good value for the price -- they're fairly well-furnished and most of them have windows.
