Description
Lanta Long Beach Resort is a larger bungalow resort that is still building more bungalows, offering some higher quality accommodation than some of the neighbours, although it is not up to the standard of the more expensive resorts in terms of service. The bungalows have tiled floors and hard wood walls that look quite attractive and are comfortable inside. The garden still needs to develop more to deliver a more tropical feel.

This place was truly the worst place we stayed at in Thailand in 6 weeks!

I stayed in a standard fan room. This is a really big place with lots of bungalows, a pool, massive restaurant and very close to the beach. We booked in for 3 nights but only stayed 2. It was spacious and clean however the bungalow was very very close to 6 other bungalows and you could hear everything that was going on in them all night long. I'm talking about babies crying, people talking (whispering even) etc.
It seemed like the front desk was understaffed as it took at least 20-30min for them to find someone to show us to our room (we ended up leaving and finding it ourselves) and refund our motorbike deposit.
