Bungalow Amina
A friendly family run option

What we say:
This is the only place to stay in the 'town centre'. You'll understand why we put quotes around 'town centre' when you actually see the 'town centre.' But that's what you gotta love about Ko Yao Noi. It ain't much, but you're definitely in Thailand. Same goes for the Amina, a family-run place in a beautiful little garden setting just off the road (and miles from the beach). The rooms are small, with a cruddy but quaint quality. The rooms don't have TVs or fridges, but then they are dirt cheap, and conveniently located for excursions to Je T'aime next door, the 7-eleven, and two, count 'em, two internet joints. A new restaurant was under construction when we visited, which might sweeten the deal. Let's hope they don't raise the prices when it's finished.
