Koh Yao Beach Bungalows
Basic but decent

What we say:
There are only five bungalows here, spread out along the edge of a sparse coconut grove along the road mid-way down Pa Sai beach. All have twin beds and there's only one with a double bed. There's not a lot going on here in terms of atmosphere, and you can expect service and amenities to be pretty basic, but it's decent accommodation for the price. Not to be confused with Koh Yao Beach Bungalow on Ko Yao Yai.

dissapointing
forget 350/450 baht a night stayed here 3 days at 600 baht/night;had to take it because of being fed up to look around in the rain, no food available too; other bungalows were taken by not too friendly locals. Strange place, not to experience again.

Stayed here for one night when there was a power cut at Sabai corner. Bungalow was nice enough with a double bed and en suite. Upon waking in the morning I noticed some fairly large holes in the ceiling so I'm glad it didn't rain.
