Basic but decent
52 Moo 5, Ko Yao Noi
Phang Nga Province
Tel: (089) 592 2390

Description
There are only five bungalows here, spread out along the edge of a sparse coconut grove along the road mid-way down Pa Sai beach. All have twin beds and there's only one with a double bed. There's not a lot going on here in terms of atmosphere, and you can expect service and amenities to be pretty basic, but it's decent accommodation for the price. Not to be confused with Koh Yao Beach Bungalow on Ko Yao Yai.

Total rooms: 5

Bungalow fan private b'room
350 THB (low season) 450 THB (high season)

dissapointing -
By narong ( total comments: 4  More information please ) Stayed here 10/2007
forget 350/450 baht a night stayed here 3 days at 600 baht/night;had to take it because of being fed up to look around in the rain, no food available too; other bungalows were taken by not too friendly locals. Strange place, not to experience again.

Sabai Corner
29/2 Moo 5, Ko Yao Noi Rd, Ko Yao Noi
This is the grandmother of accommodation on Ko Yao Noi -- 15 years on the same spot. But the old dame hasn't aged a bit -- in fact she she's still in her prime. Sabai Corner's run by an Italian expat who doesn't advertise, doesn't have a business card, and is perfectly happy to entertain the... more

Tabaek Viewpoint Bungalow
Ko Yao Noi Rd, Ko Yao Noi
This is one of those rare places with 'view point' in the name that actually delivers -- it's high up on a steep hill and the 180 degree view of the ocean from the balconies goes on forever. The rooms are much better than you might expect for the price, well-furnished, with French doors letting on... more

Coconut Corner
30 Moo 5, Ko Yao Noi Rd, Ko Yao Noi
Coconut Corner has wooden bungalows all in a row, perpendicular to the water, tucked in a crook where the road does a hairpin turn on its way along Pa Sai Beach. All the rooms have fans, double beds with mosquito nets, private bathrooms, and not a lot else. Air-con versions are in the works. You... more

Bungalow Amina
21/1 Moo 1, Ko Yao Noi Rd, Ko Yao Noi
This is the only place to stay in the 'town centre'. You'll understand why we put quotes around 'town centre' when you actually see the 'town centre.' But that's what you gotta love about Ko Yao Noi. It ain't much, but you're definitely in Thailand. Same goes for the Amina, a family-run place in a... more

Kho Yao Lam Sai Resort & Seafood
Moo 5, Kho Yao Noi Rd, Ko Yao Noi
On an island filled with accommodation located on remote sites, this places stands out as being at the butt-end of nowhere. Keep going past Lemsai Village until you can't go no more, and it's a bit further on. The have six bungalows with bright blue rooves set high up on the hill. They're quite... more
