Cha-am My House Hotel
Good location

What we say:
Located opposite the Bangkok - Cha-am air-con bus stop is the orange Cha-am My House, with rare English signage. They have excellent spacious air-con rooms, furnished with closet, TV and dressing table. Rooms are newly tiled and bathrooms are also spacious, with hot water and soap and towels provided. Satellite cable is available in the lobby if you need to catch that all-important football match. The rooms used to be a good value, but they've recently jacked up their prices.

Pleasant enough
Rooms were large, with towels, soap, cable TV, air con, large balcony, with plenty of wardrobe/luggage storage space. The rate was 600 baht per night. They are currently renovating the place, so it is a little noisy. The front of the hotel is no longer orange and the signage is in English. The owner is also the owner of the snooker bar next door. Wi-Fi Internet is free, but using the computer in the lobby is 20 baht per hour. There is a free coffee making facility in the lobby.
