What we say:

The low-to-mid-range Sam has a manager who speaks excellent English and is very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are fine though a little musty, especially the ones in the middle of the hotel with no ventilation. Rooms overlooking the beach (if you can see it behind the trees) are the most pricey. Cheapest are rooms in the middle, with those at the rear coming mid-range. We are not sure why the road front rooms are the most expensive as they lack balconies and are probably the noisiest. All rooms have air-con and TV, but basic bedding.
