Description
Ao Chalong Inn was closed when we last passed by in mid 2008, here's our opinion from the previous visit. The Ao Chalong Inn is a hotel-style place with very pleasant, light and airy rooms. All rooms have air-con and balconies, the best of which front the street, but the ones at the back face an adjoining building. The restaurant downstairs is only open in the high season and serves 150B breakfasts. Motorbike rental is available for 200B per day.

Total rooms: 8

Standard - Double
700 THB (low season) 900 THB (high season)

Accommodations are in a wooden two-story... more

45/33 Chao Fa Rd East, Moo 9, Ao Chalong
Known as a hang-out for Chalong's yachtsmen, Jimmy's Lighthouse has a handful of rooms that are often full. With the exception of the pirate artwork (it takes the nautical theme a little too far...), they feel very mature, likely a reflection of their clientele. All of the rooms are air-con and... more
