Andaman Bangtao Bay Resort
Spacious and comfortable

What we say:
Situated on a stretch of sand next door to the Best Western, Andaman Bangtao Bay has only eight bungalows. They're spacious and tastefully decorated, and each one looks out onto the beautiful beach running directly to the resort. Though the stretch of sand outside is dreamy, during low season extra high tides steal the beach so the small pool here is a nice touch. Equally popular with non-guests, the beachfront restaurant gets its seafood straight from the fishermen. This is a very laid back resort and the staff are friendly and chatty. Rates are a bit high compared to its neighbours, but include WiFi, airport pick-up, breakfast, afternoon tea with fresh fruit, plus the contents of your mini-bar (replenished daily). Low season walk-in rates are lower, but don't necessarily include all the extras.
