Description
Kata Poolside Resort is set back off the main road in a quiet, attractive spot and while all the rooms look onto the pool, only the more expensive rooms are adjacent. Overall this represents good standard-quality accommodation for the price range. The rooms are immaculately presented, come with air-con, TV, fridge and come furnished with a chaise lounge. At the entrance to the resort is a large two storey restaurant that serves a selection of Thai and European food -- fare is good and service prompt. The beach is a five minute walk as well as all local amenities at this end of the beach. Good location, great rooms and an unusually shaped pool makes this place a fine choice.
