It's a brave move to slap a cowboy-themed resort on a tropical island, but this place appears to have pulled it off. From the outside the bungalows look rather tragic, but they reveal charming old-fashioned Thai style, wooden throughout and impeccably clean, sweet smelling interiors. Set in a leafy garden away from the main road you feel a sense of intimacy and appreciation for the neatly planted gardens that partially obscure each bungalow from sight. A reasonable pool beckons out back and it's just a short five min walk to the beach. Overall a decent, family-orientated resort and not bad value.
