Description
If you're Scandinavian or like Scandinavian food, company and jokes, then this is the place. Surprise yes it's Scandinavian owned and there's always a mob of Swedes, Danes and Norwegians hanging out in the restaurant area downstairs that serves some exceptional…yes, Scandinavian food. At the time of writing the second floor of the hotel has just had some major restoration and all rooms on this floor are a decent size, spotlessly clean and have exceptionally sleek black tiled bathrooms. The third floor of the hotel is a bit on the grotty side, the walls, furniture and general interior just feels a bit old and tired. All rooms come complete with TV, fridge and hot shower. The VIP room that is offered is overpriced and the view out of the window looks onto phone lines, a shop and the street below. The curious linen policy that seems to be unique to this hotel is still in effect. It costs 150B to get your sheets changed, and 100B for fresh towels. Staff are friendly and overall a bargain (on the second floor!) for the service you receive. Hope you like Scandinavian!
