Description
It's hard to tell from the street that there are rooms somewhere in the back of this travel agency, but there are -- in two long rows facing a central walkway. The walkway is dirty, tired and at one end has a pile of rubbish that seems destined to stay there forever. Rooms are bearable for this price range and are very basic with cold shower bathroom. Very clean, but cleanliness seems almost lost on the few furnishings there are that must be decades old. On the plus side, it's in the heart of Kata Center, a five minute walk to the quieter north end of the beach and is about as cheap as you'll find in the area. If you want to save some cash and Lucky Guesthouse is full head here.

Basic room, cheap, good location, friendly staff. A little noisy and dark but hassle free and central.

me & two mates syayed at the rose inn for 3 weeks in april & 3 weeks in november,we payed 120baht per day for a room with air/con which was cleaned daily, all the staff are very very friendly also check out the bar at the end of the lane, its a cracker and say hello to frankie the frenchmen and pan, best beer and sang som in thailand, in case you stack ya motie and get a phuket tattoo they will look after ya
