What we say:

Walking into the Smile Happy Paradise restaurant you may think you are at some kids' theme park, with the walls and ceiling resembling a giant green tree. Indeed, the restaurant tries its best to recreate a forest for their patrons to dine in but must have not chosen the right kind of paint. The tree is chipping! Despite this, several brightly painted private rooms have some of the friendliest prices in Kata. The rooms with air-con have a large firm bed, fridge, TV and hot water, but with high season prices that are a joke given the bad quality of the room. The fan rooms have a creaky bed, fan and cold water but certainly suffice at the low season price. Room rates include breakfast for two people and WiFi is available in the restaurant — not bad at all.
