What we say:

This very smart, reasonably new addition to the accommodation scene at the southern end of Kata Yai Beach is an absolute steal in low season. Very generously sized, glass-fronted rooms are in a multi-storey building right beside the Two Chefs restaurant at the southern end of Kata. Fully air-conditioned rooms are immaculate with flat screen TVs, free WiFi, minibar and hot water bathrooms and the rooms from the top floor can see the ocean. If anything the rooms are too exposed but we don't expect they'd be that many passing guests as there are not too many rooms on each floor. You're a two minute walk from the water and surrounded by eating and drinking options. Music from the Two Chefs could be a problem for light sleepers though we were told the band finishes up by midnight. Especially in low season, look no further while in high season reservations are essential (or so we were told). Recommended.
