This spot at the far southern end of Kata Noi Beach is the best budget choice in the area. The shaded bungalows are all old and look it, but they are well-sized and have nice grassy areas to relax in after a hard day at the beach. From the outside the bungalows look enormous until you realize they are split into three sections. Request one of the bungalows on the ground floor as the attic bungalow upstairs makes you feel nauseous due to the 60 degree slanting walls. The bed is in the centre of the room and apart from a tired old dresser is the only furniture in the room. The stairs up to the attic bungalow have no rail and at night and after a few drinks could lead to a nasty fall. The ground floor bungalows and newly built room option are a great choice. The rooms are a bit more expensive but are worth the little bit extra. All air-con rooms come with TV/fridge and hot water. Staff are very friendly, and Katanoi Club is spitting distance from the beach.

Stayed here in March 2008 and December 2006. Great value to stay on beautiful Kata Noi Beach for the budget traveler. Rooms are basic. I recommend staying in the A/C rooms as they come with hot/cold shower and fridge and tv. Compared to the mega resort on this beach this place is a great way to enjoy the beauty of Kata Noi at a great price. The beach is nice, clean and quiet (compared to popular Patong which is overrun w/ tourists). Yet you are only 20 min away by taxi if you want to enjoy Patong's nightlife.
