Description
This moderately-priced small hotel situated above a bar of the same name has clean and functional rooms, all with air-con, mini-bar, cable TV and direct phone lines. There's no difference between the large and small rooms in terms of amenities, but the small rooms are half the size. All have large balconies, some looking on to the water. It's just a short walk from here to the shoreline and the bar on the ground floor serves snacks at reasonable rates, so if you're on a budget but you want to be on the beach, this isn't too bad a choice.

The Pavilion hotel is just 100M from the beach and staff and rooms are great. Would definately stay there again and have no hesitation in recommending to others. Some modifications to the Hotel means it doesn't look like the bar area depicted on teh web site. No matter, its still a good place to stay. Tuk Tuk over the hill to Kata costs$5 one way. 4 nearby restaurants have good variety of Asian and some western food. Do it!
