Description
Located just south of the Boat House, this place is fair value in low season but overpriced during peak periods. Clean, big rooms come with everything you need, though the place isn't exactly new. Tiny balconies are crowded with air-con units and you'll have to lean over the balustrade a bit to catch the sea views you've just paid extra for. All rooms are air-con with TV and mini-bar. It's well-located in a good central location and just a short walk from Kata Yai Beach. All rates include breakfast.
