Description
A monolithic hotel just down from Mom Tri's, Kata Beach Resort dominates a large tract of property and its grandiose foyer is matched by its 273 high-quality rooms and suites, all designed in contemporary Thai style. The bathrooms are a little bit small for this price range and if it were our money, we'd head over to the Kata Palm rather than here. And it's a real shame about the colour of the building; bright red just doesn't blend in on a tropical beach. Rates include breakfast.
