What we say:

This place sits just past the Royal Phuket Yacht Club on the way to Ao Sane beach. There is no beach in front but you can swim, fish and snorkel around the rocks — beware during monsoon season. Rooms vary from air-con and sterile to your very basic fan bungalow. The new air-con rooms are an absolute rip off at 1,500B and are similar to most hospital rooms. However, the 400B rooms are a great deal with a fan, basic bathroom and a few tapestries on the wall. Beds are a bit creaky — but hey, it's only 400B to be footsteps from the water. May not sound that appealing but these bungalows have more character than the air-con rooms and are one of the best deals in the area. Restaurant on-site.
