This bright new option a 15-minute walk from the beach is welcoming and boasts great views of the surrounding hills from most rooms. Built in late 2010, all rooms have massive soft beds, modern bathrooms, flat screen TVs, hot showers, safety deposit box and coffee- and tea-making facilities. The management at Baan Oui has everything covered, including motorbikes to rent, free WiFi in the lobby, an English-language book exchange and free beach towels. The only room that includes free breakfast is the grand deluxe which is huge. If you want to be near the beach and don’t want to be too far from the only nightlife in Nai Harn, Baan Oui is your best option. Oh — reception provides free Thai sweets for guests when they return from the beach.
