Located on a busy road near all seafood and watering hole temptations, the Neptuna is a reasonable and central choice. Built in 2010, the hotel is basic but exremely clean. Deluxe rooms are just a tad bigger than the standards but really aren’t worth the bump in price. The standards are ideal for those on a budget, boasting large semi-firm beds, cable TV and mini-bar. Be sure to get a room with a window — unless you want a cave to nurse yourself in after a big night out. The mid-sized pool looks very inviting, receiving lots of light and surrounded by some shrubbery. The place lacks character but is immaculate. Rates include WiFi (in the lobby only) and breakfast.
