What we say:

This is a very smart, reasonably new hotel right on the Patong beach road that earns the boutique label. Cool tiles underfoor in the lobby and wooden floors upstairs, this modern yet tasteful hotel boasts just shy of 30 rooms over a few floors overlooking the beach. The best rooms are the south-facing ones, with plate-glass windows (which means air-con all the time and no breeze as you can't open them), and fitted out with TV, air-con, minibar and safe and a comfortable bed with good linens. The cheaper rooms are north facing and have far smaller windows (which can be opened) but have no real views to speak of. Across the board the doors seemed a little short to us. The hotel is very well located and the low season rates in particular are a steal. They do need air-con in the lift though — it was sweltering even in the low season. We were quoted 50% off their low season rate as a walk-in.
