What we say:

Sai Kor Road runs parallel to Ratuthit 200 Pee Road, but a block further back to the rear of Jungceylon, and it is lined with many excellent value minihotels like this one. Urban Patong sticks to the theme of its name with polished concrete floors and a functional over stylish feel, but it delivers the goods. Hot water shower bathrooms are spotless, and while the TV isn't a flatscreen, it is still a fair size and good free WiFi comes standard. Rooms have a small terrace veranda, but it's unlikely you'll spend any time on them. The location is about a 20-30 minute walk to the beach, or five minutes on a motorbike and just five minutes on foot to Jungceylon. Excellent value for money, especially in low season — we were charged just 500 baht.
