Swiss Palm Beach

Feels like home

What we say: 4.5 stars

Offering fully kitted out apartments, Swiss Palm Beach is shockingly good value for money, especially as it's spitting distance from the beach. Families will feel right at home in big apartments with living rooms, full kitchen facilities, dining rooms, and bedrooms with individual air-con. There are a couple of one-bedroom units, but most of the apartments have one master bedroom plus one kids' room with two single beds. The deluxe rooms have slightly nicer furniture, a stereo, and an additional TV, but there's really no point in upgrading when the enticing pool outside and the beach just steps away. The location is in a quiet spot set back from the road, so the vibe is perfect for a low-key family holiday. There's a good pool with a small swim-up bar, a restaurant, and on-site tour booking, laundry, and car rental services. The Swiss Palm Beach gets a lot of repeat customers and long stays, so you'll want to book ahead. Rates include taxes and service charges. You're located a little bit away from the action, but in the case of Patong, that's a good thing. Recommended.
