If your heart is set on staying in Rawai, this is our top pick. The rooms are in three white townhouses and feel more like small apartments than hotel rooms. They're all fitted out with air-con, TV, WiFi, fridge, and a private balcony. The tiled bathrooms have all new fixtures and the deluxe rooms even have bathtubs. The staff are friendly but not over-bearing, and you get a complimentary fruit basket on check-in. There's a small pool and garden with benches and tables so you can sit and socialise. The Rawai Beach Resort offers just the right mix of value and comfort. Recommended.
