No-name Guesthouse (formerly Lin Guesthouse)
Bright and reasonable

What we say:
On the way into Rawai from Kata or Nai Harn beaches, it's impossible to miss this day-glo yellow guesthouse. The two-year-old guesthouse has keycard access and its spotless rooms have all the usual modcons — satellite TV, hot water showers, air-con, and fridge. Each of the spacious rooms has sliding glass doors leading on to a big balcony — the upper floors have a semi-view of the beach. There isn't an on-site restaurant, but the bounty of Rawai's seafood stalls is minutes' away. Though a bit of a stroll from the main drag of Rawai, this is a fine base for exploring Phuket’s southern cape. We're not entirely sure if this place has been renamed as when we visited last the Lin part of the sign had been covered over.
