Rawaitan
New guesthouse with friendly prices

What we say:
This guesthouse is down a street off Viset Road where a few new places have been built since 2008. The friendly owner has opened just a handful of rooms in his home. They lack character but all have a decent bed with air-con, fan and TV with foreign channels. There are massive rooms in the back big enough for four which also have bathtubs. The house was full at the time as it is a good budget option in a very quiet area. Built in 2010, there is a very small pool and a well stocked bar may swing the deal for some. Try negotiating a discount for a long-term stay.
