What we say:

If the Lola is full, there are nine, rickety, bamboo bungalows next door. They aren't very comfortable to move around in, and the place doesn't have a lot of atmosphere. Stay here while waiting for something to open up at the Lola, or head north to one of the other bungalow outfits.

Up in smoke

as i am writing this the bamboo bungalows are being burned down. The owner family (local fisherman) already have built a few new small yellow concrete bungalows. Unfortunately i could not convince them to let me have a look inside...
