Wa Ree Bungalows

Wonderfully cool all day long

Just down the road from the Lola, the Wa Ree offers a similar experience, but the bunglows are concerete, not wood. They aren't quite as charming, but they more than make up for it by being wonderfully cool all day long. The line of bunglows is perpendicular to the beach, so the you'll have to look to your left to soak up the sea views. Several sea-facing bungalows are now under construction. The Coco Bar is also on the grounds, providing a good outlet for alternative avenues to achieve relaxation.

* Travelfish researchers visit and review properties on an anonymous basis. By that we mean they show up, in person, and pretend to be either be a potential guest, or somebody looking for a room for a friend or relative. Where possible the researcher will inspect at least a couple of rooms. The rates you see above are what either the desk staff told us they were, or what were in the brochure when they just told us to quit bugging them and look in the brochure.
