The exterior of the Baan Jed Pee Nong gives a slightly Iberian feel, however a recent upgrade to the rooms have left this as a modern, clean and well run establishment. The Baan Jed Pee Nong is a standard-style mid-range hotel on the main road running down to the beach. All rooms have private bathroom with hot water and there is a choice of fan and air-con rooms. Compared to other places in town, the Baan Jed Pee Nong is quite good value. The staff are helpful, but English is limited. This hotel receives a lot of visitors from Bangkok on weekend breaks, however, its proximity to the beach and good, all-round level of accommodation really does make this a good choice for families.
