What we say:

The exterior of this hotel is somewhat of a misrepresentation and gives the hotel a rather depressing and pedestrian feel. However, step into the lobby and the standard is higher. The staff are friendly and helpful, speaking English to a high level. There is also a hard-working doorman, ever eager to please. This mid-range hotel has comfortable rooms and boasts a lovely pool on the roof if beaches aren't your thing. WiFi is available in the rooms and the lobby area and all rooms have TV, fridge and air-con. The rooms are well decorated, large and clean. There is a great restaurant downstairs serving good Thai and western dishes. The hotel is located amid a bunch of cheap eateries and bars and is about a 10-minute walk from the water.
