What we say: 
Located out of town just off Phetkasem Road, this guest house nestles in amongst other larger neighbours, however it is a great choice for those searching for a quieter and more relaxed life. This is one of the smallest guesthouses on the soi, but all their rooms are clean and well-kept. All rooms have TV, air-con, fridge and hot water and are spacious. Some rooms come with a balcony. It's a family-run operation with friendly staff. There is a massage 'spa' attached to the guest house so you can relieve your beach aches and pains. This is a good option for those who like a touch of luxury on a budget. Families are welcome, and this could be a good choice if you want a cheap family friendly place.

Highly Recommended! - 15th March, 2009 Spacious room with queen sized bed, another extra single bed, tv, aircon, fridge, cupboard, toilet with shower (with heater) and a balcony. What else can you ask for, for 700 Bht? :) High recommended. 5 mins away from beach, about 10-15 mins from night market. Highly accessible. No breakfast provided, but its located in a street where food is readily available. Highly Recommended for backpackers who want some low cost comfort...
