What we say:

Unexpectedly empty given its location, spick-and-span appearance and great value prices, the Sun Beach Guesthouse looks like something from a Spanish resort -- in a charming way. Staff are friendly, and the pool, while not huge, is inviting. Rooms come with a fridge and a large balcony affording great sea views -- and while they all come with air-con, the place is very airy and catches enough of a breeze that you probably won't need to turn it on. Recommended.
