Next to Crocodile Rock, Canadian managed Nature View also offers tasteful, spacious bamboo bungalows on a breezy hill overlooking the sea. They offer a couple large rooms in a three storey building with some splendid ocean views, and these are possibly the most spacious and comfortable rooms on the island — at least they're the only choice on Ko Chang Noi that's not a bungalow. The second floor of this building houses a small restaurant with good views, and there's an interesting A frame bungalow nearby with a unique round gingerbread house style bathroom just outside. The other bungalows are less quirky, but they are comfortable and each have large porches with hammocks. The grounds are filled with flowers and tropical plants, and the entire place is generator free, running off solar and wind power alone. The only drawback is that electricity is only available in the rooms within the main building. Like Crocodile Rock, Nature View sees a lot of loyal returning customers, so it's best to email or call ahead and make a reservation. Closed in low season.
