Description
Barracuda Bungalows is one of the few Chao Lay owned establishments remaining on Ko Lipe, and is open all year-round. There's nothing spectacular about these bare-bones bungalows, but they're right on Pattaya Beach, Lipe's most beautiful stretch of sand. If you're really trying to cut your costs, tents can be rented and pitched on the beach. The bungalows are rustic with hard mattresses on the floor and grungy toilets. The management is friendly enough, with broken English spoken. In high season, Barracuda's bar can attract a raucous crowd, so the noise can spill into bungalows closest to it at night. Join the party or pack earplugs.
