Pinnacle Satun Hotel
Spacious and comfortable

What we say:
The seven-floor Pinnacle has been around for more than 20 years, and is popular with local business travellers, but the English-speaking staff are happy to welcome foreigners too. The spacious rooms with large windows have soft beds, desks, big TVs with Thai channels, and modern bathrooms with hot water. The superior room gets you a fridge and more space. All rooms now have air-con and have been recently renovated, so the Pinnacle is looking better these days. Daily maid service brings fresh towels and drinking water, but there's no WiFi.

Jaded
Run down and in need of TLC. A/C room at 550 Baht although they did make a mess of the booking so we managed to get breakfast included....albeit a very odd buffet breakfast. Try and find Rose Inn. It's slightly out of town but cleaner and better value.
