Great views but average rooms

What we say:

The Regency looks flash from outside, but inside, the hotel is looking pretty much due for a refurbishment. The 33 floors pretty much guarantee great views and while the rooms are clean, we found them (and particularly the corridors) to be pretty musty. Rooms have air-con, tv and fridge, though in the room we saw the bed was crammed into one corner making the whole room feel a bit lopsided. Bathrooms are particularly clean. At these rates it is a good deal, but it feels like a shadow of itself. Rates include breakfast.
