Located up the road from the beach in southern Mae Haad, Happy Daze sits in a quiet grassy field away from the often hectic town centre. The colourful bungalows here are very well-maintained and feature clean, comfortable bedding. Several bungalow options of varying price are great for budget travellers seeking a little extra comfort and those looking for extra amenities at a decent price. All bungalows at Happy Daze have refrigerators and fan rooms come in one or two bed options. Paying a little more will also get you cable TV, and the air-con rooms have it all. All bungalows also have good-sized decks perfect for kicking back with a book and a cold beverage. A small second-storey restaurant offers good Thai and western food, and many more restaurants and bars are a short walk away.
