View Cliff
Spectacular views

What we say:
Located on the rocky cliff above Laem Jo Po Ro between Mae Haad and Haad Sairee, View Cliff does not just have a clever name. The more expensive rooms here are those overlooking the sea -- built in red brick, these two-storey blocks are clean and well kept, with some rooms offering satellite TV and minibars as well. The blocks line a grassy stretch leading to the water's edge and offer some fantastic views. DVD players, motorbikes and snorkel equipment are available for rent at the reception desk, and View Cliff provides free taxi service to Mae Haad pier. The cheaper rooms are at the back and while clean they are a little worn. The simple little restaurant here serves the standard Thai and Western options. They also have an on-site travel agency, minimart, internet cafe and a volleyball court. There is something in this friendly, quiet spot for everyone.
