Located on a quiet stretch of beach toward the north end of Mae Haad, Beach Club boasts white sandy grounds on its own private beach. While the beach is not exactly private, it tends to be very peaceful here, although the sea is a bit shallow and rocky -- not the best for swimming. Beach Club's air-con rooms are unspectacular duplex-style affairs while its fan rooms are more private bungalows but somewhat weathered. The rooms here lack charm and are overpriced for their condition. The best feature here is the intimate little beachfront restaurant and the sun chairs that line the beach amid the palm trees. Beachfront massage is offered. Motorbike rentals are offered, but the road that accesses Beach Club is a treacherously uneven dirt and stone nightmare. Beach access is much better.
