New Heaven Resort is a midrange establishment lining the hill to the west of Thian Ok Bay. Rooms stretch down the hill towards a small private beach. Itâ€™s really only big enough for a few sunbathers, but it makes a great place to set off snorkelling or swimming. Swim out along the reef and you should see the sharks that Ao Thian Ok is famed for. A shady terraced path leads guests to large, very comfortable rooms, each with views across the bay. The restaurant offers great food, both Western and Thai, and is a destination in itself. Chill on the huge deck under parasols, graze and enjoy the view.
