What we say:

Baan Bai Fern is located on the ocean side of the Ring Road, about 500m past the Four Seasons Hotel when you're driving towards Nathon. Bungalows are positioned in a quaint garden, filled with bird-feeders, statues and a seating area. The resort is not on the seafront, but a path leads the couple of hundred metres to the beach. A sala offers shade and seating next to the pool, which has views to the beach. Rooms are clean and simply furnished and amenities include air-con, satellite TV with DVD player, minibar and tea- and coffee-making facilities. A small restaurant on site offers the usual Thai and basic Western meals, and massages are available. Junior suites and family rooms have a separate living room, as well as larger bathrooms. Although this resort is not on the beachfront, it is a reasonable option should budget not allow for more.
